The principle of non-axle box rolling bearing

The general structure of a rolling bearing consists of an inner ring, an outer ring, rolling elements, a cage, and a spacer. Rolling bearings are used to transmit force and roll by rolling the rolling elements between the inner and outer rings. The inner ring is tightly fitted on the journal. When the wheel rotates, the inner ring rotates with the journal and guides the rolling elements to rotate around the axis and orbit along the inner and outer races. The bearing has radial clearance and axial clearance to ensure that the rolling elements can rotate freely. The relative movement between the rolling elements and the inner and outer rings is completely rolling instead of sliding. The cage is used to maintain the position between the rolling elements, prevent tilting and colliding with each other, and ensure that the rolling elements can be evenly distributed along the raceway.
